REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE

1. Formal request letter for the Emergency Travel Certificate by the applicant.  Include your current address and telephone number, please.

2. Expired  Nigerian Passport (to be sighted and returned to owner), As well as a copy of passport data page.

3. For a lost passport, please include a police report as well as data page of lost  Nigeria passport (if applicable).

4. 1 passport-size photograph.

5. Copy of itinerary or airline ticket.

6. $50.00 or TL equivalent payable to the Embassy Of Nigeria account number TR39 0006 4000 0014 2340 1711 08 İş Bank (Embassy Of Nigeria Consul)

NOTE: The Travel Document is valid for 30 days only and cannot be used to return to the Turkey (one way journey).

REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS

  1. Presentation of the originals and photocopy of necessary documents required for authentication at the Embassy
  2. For documents in other languages, translated copies in English, duly notorized by the Public Notary must be presented to the Embassy.
  3. Payment of 50 TL (for students) per document or 150 TL (for non-students) per page must be made to the Embassy Account as follows: Embassy Of Nigeria account number TR39 0006 4000 0014 2340 1711 08 İş Bank (Embassy Of Nigeria Consul)

 

Note: Any document issued by Government Agencies must be duly authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
